MEET THE COACH

James is a strength and conditioning coach and owner of Athlete Approach. With an approach backed by science and more than four years of experience working with people and athletes of various backgrounds, James is passionate about helping people develop their physical well-being through high-quality individualised training programs.

 

How the program works

Upon sign-up I will send you a comprehensive  questionnaire and pre-screen to help me understand your goals and circumstances.

Step 2

I will use the information you have given me to create a tailored training program which takes into account your needs and limitations.

You will receive monthly check-ins and unlimited 24/7 email support throughout your journey.
